Caliche Studio was approached to add a full service walk-up bar to the existing drive-thru coffee shop. Given the existing conditions and limited budget, the opportunity arose to rethink the front lawn as a gathering place for all ages while limiting the new building to essentials to meet the owner’s goals. Completed in 2022, the new outdoor space is used for coffee dates, run-clubs, live music, and pop-up shops.
